The old brakes were a nightmare to remove. 5 bolts and nuts that were like welded on and no access because of a swing arm axle. It took me 2 days to remove the old. And, 2 hours to install the new. Kit had parts for ezlube axles and old std axles that I have. They shorted me 1 lugnut, so I had to use and old one. No big deal. But it shows that their QC is less than perfect.

Bought these to go on my old Airstream trailer. The shipping cost sealed the deal. The Fedex truck pulled up and the driver handed them out to me one at a time. Each wheel with tire mounted was in it's own box. Tires were at correct pressure. I'll do this again when I need new tires.

The Demco 2-5/16" EZ-Latch coupler arrived exactly as described and right on schedule. The cast construction is solid, and the EZ-Latch mechanism makes hitching up quick and secure. Excellent transaction and great service from Southwest Wheel—I would definitely order from them again.

My 2017 5th wheel toy hauler suspension was pretty sacked. I had to call since the part numbers I had were all discontinued, SW wheel helped cross reference my old # and these went on smoothly.

I bought 60+ of these dust caps while they were on sale, and at that price they were pretty much unbeatable. The quality is excellent for the price—they fit well, feel solid, and I’ve been very happy with them. They come in packs of ten, and each 10-pack was packaged extremely well. Honestly, probably a little too well when you're buying this many—I ended up with enough bubble wrap for the kid to stomp on for several hours. That said, if you're only buying a pack or two for a few trailers, the packaging is fantastic and they should arrive very well protected. Overall, high-quality dust caps at an unbeatable sale price.

The only issue I have is there was no instructions for the placement of the spring hangers. I trusted AI to help me and gave me the wrong dimensions. I now have to cut the hangers off or drill new holes if possible. I ordered a drop axle and I wasn't positive what width I needed other than hub to hub. I had no idea what the dimensions were for the tube and drop parts so my axle is 2 inches too narrow so I had to move my frame rails in and now I'm kind of stuck trying to tie it all together.

Custom axle took longer than expected to get. After no follow-up responses for 2weeks (expected timeframe) I called and inquired. 2 days later email asking for review of product received before actually receiving product. FEDX delivered to my door. Perfect alignment to existing bolt holes. No instructions with electric brake hubs received. Left/right not marked on brakes or axle. The simple things when you don't do this every day that would make the process more user friendly.

The new axle was delivered to my home undamaged. The packaging did the job. The new axle fit just as it is supposed to with no problems whatsoever. I have not yet had a chance to tow my travel trailer anywhere but I am not expecting any problems. I am most happy with my purchase and Gabe just what he promised, and when he promised. These are good folks!
