Quick and fast. Came as expected.

I was very pleased that this axle arrived in 16 days. The estimated lead time was 2 to 3 weeks. It was a perfect fit for my 2017 Casita Spirit Deluxe trailer

The way the bearings were removed from the original packaging and thrown into the bag with the other hardware was shocking to see. I paid extra for Timken Bearings just to see them mishandled. Bearings can be damaged from improper handling before they’re ever installed. I hope the bearings will be ok. I haven’t installed them yet!

southwest wheel is good but it would be great if the web site was easier to use

Replacing snap ring split wheels on my 1966 Ford 3/4 ton F250 truck. Bought one to be sure of fit and it is perfect. The mechanic at the tire shop mentioned how well built and heavy the rim is. Very pleased and plan to buy 3 more.

Aries VersaTrac Mounting Brackets - 2055117. Are very easy to install, very steady and the Aries steps look great with the brackets.

While it is too cold to be replacing parts on our camper right now our experience with Southwest Wheel has been great - the only thing I would like to note is that while I am sure you paid to have a signed receipt from Fedex, we did not sign for either shipment nor were we asked to sign. The axle was left at the top of our driveway behind the mailbox as were the brakes.

Salesman was great, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I got the correct part the first time love it.
