Well just sending them off now to be processed but I was impressed with the booklet that walks you through the process. Just hope they don’t get lost. And we will see how long it takes to get them back!!!

Easy to use, quickly created order

i had 8 tapes to be processed. I could pick 5 or 10 but not eight. So I chose 5 and the extra tickets are at $15 and not the sale price I paid for the other 5. So I will either wait for another sale for the three or use another service. You need to allow a + or - on the number of items.

Checking your site before I placed my order with another company and was not sure which to use. I called and talked with a young lady and she was the difference. She knew her stuff never down the other company and made me feel very secure about the process. Thanks for have her and employees like that. Price played a part but it was her customer service that sold it. She saved me money.

I ordered more than 3 years ago - of course it had expired. Southtree helped me find the order, open it again and get the ball rolling. Very good customer service. I will be using them again!
