I’ve been a long‑time customer of Big Duck and have always appreciated their great service and reliable fabric selection. Over the past year, though, things seem to have shifted. Customer service has become harder to get clear answers from, and the fabric options I’ve relied on aren’t as consistent as they used to be. Because of that, I felt it was fair to take off stars. Their motto is “helping businesses succeed,” and I truly hope they get back to that level of support. Recently, customer service hasn’t been able to provide basic restock timelines or confirm whether staple products will continue to be carried, which makes planning difficult for my business. I’ve enjoyed working with them for many years, and I’m hopeful things improve. For now, I’m exploring additional suppliers to make sure I can keep my business running smoothly.

Fabric was delivered quickly and it was just perfect! I ordered duck canvas to recover two chairs. I was very impressed with the quality of the fabric!! Very durable! Years loving the vintage stone wash and heartbroken when I heard it was leaving. I ordered a yard of the new replacement with skepticism…. It is different for sure but I need to say I DO LOVE IT!! :)
