I love the printed material sent to guide me in the process. The shipping box arrived quickly too. But the turn around time for product delivery is terrible. I feel as though I have lost my memories in transit somewhere.

Just received my thumb drives and I am so excited about having my pictures and videos all together. Thank you for the many wonderful memories collected. Original box was delivered to wrong address. Southtree immediately shipped a new box!

As promised the process of sending the slides to you in the shipping boxes you sent went flawlessly. What a well conceived process you put together. The manual is perfectly designed and made the process a treat to do. Hope I receive an A+ for the packaging that I returned to you today.
