Jose, whom I spoke with on the phone could not have been more helpful and cheery. My box arrived today. I just have 1 small question before I mail my package back. I will call on Monday morning.
I found the website difficult to navigate but the rep- I think her name was Krusti was absolutely wonderful- very helpful, Patient, kind and professional

packaging isn't sufficient for 40 vhs tapes - it'd be great if you saved us both money and just sent the booklet for this amount of tapes, and maybe even reels? Otherwise, experience is good, tracking is appreciated, and the barcoding was really appreciated. My mother told me about you - I'm here with her right now doing a traveling nurses rotation for the next 3 to 6 months.
The package arrived quickly and was more than accurate for shipping all my tapes. The website is easy to use. My only gripe is having to choose the item amount numbers listed and not having the ability to enter the amount I actually want to send. Service has been great so far! I'm kept up to date with the process via email.
Love this company and always pleased with their work. I only wish the back of pictures would be consistently scanned, too. Otherwise great service.
Southtree website is very easy to use and understand. Their box arrived as stated on the website. From website to box to directions, all has been easy to understand and very professionally done. We look forward to viewing the finished digital transformation.

Boxes arrived quickly. I have packaged them up and just mailed them back. Their booklet is really well done. Now, if they can deliver on the quality scans.
I bought one of there deals from Groupon. They don’t say that you have to use the coupon all at one time. The problem with that is that you can only do up to 1000 pictures. I have 3000. So I couldn’t use all the money and planned to use it again to do the next group of photos. So I’m stuck with a Groupon that I can not use. Contacted the company and after several conversations I was told to talk to Groupon because they set the limits. Still waiting for Groupon to get back to me.
Southtree does a good job of keeping customer informed
I had a very old order that I had not used and the representative took the time to research how to help me use what I had purchased 10 YEARS AGO! He called me back when he had the information and I am on the road to preserving those memories.
I wanted to go with Southtree, but they did not work with my company's requirement for an NDA.
Hard to understand the directions Advertise $9. 99 to convert yet my bill was $50 bucks Very misleading
I am so tired of being asked to write a review about a company with whom I have not even received any service or product. Why not delay sending these ridiculous surveys AFTER a service or product is received?
I received the shipping information and return packaging and I am looking forward to viewing the finish product once it is completed! Thank you very much
