The inability to select the number of items - somehwere between 2 and 10, is very frustrating. To have 4 items transferred - and small ones at that (casettes and 8 mm tapes - fitting into a sandwich size baggie), means having to place 2 orders, and deal with two very large shipping packages, or pay for twice as many.

Website doesn't answer many questions.

What a thrill to open those files and see life as it was 70 years ago! My Dad, my Mom, my brothers, two of whom are not with us anymore. Their kids are going to love these. Quality is surprisingly good for 50-70 year old film. And the turn around time was fantastic! I wasn't expecting it so soon. Thanks so much! I'm going to save up some more money because I have 20-30 more of these little 8 mm films and no idea what's on them.
