I bought one of there deals from Groupon. They don’t say that you have to use the coupon all at one time. The problem with that is that you can only do up to 1000 pictures. I have 3000. So I couldn’t use all the money and planned to use it again to do the next group of photos. So I’m stuck with a Groupon that I can not use. Contacted the company and after several conversations I was told to talk to Groupon because they set the limits. Still waiting for Groupon to get back to me.

Southtree does a good job of keeping customer informed

I had a very old order that I had not used and the representative took the time to research how to help me use what I had purchased 10 YEARS AGO! He called me back when he had the information and I am on the road to preserving those memories.

I wanted to go with Southtree, but they did not work with my company's requirement for an NDA.

I am so tired of being asked to write a review about a company with whom I have not even received any service or product. Why not delay sending these ridiculous surveys AFTER a service or product is received?

Easy to navigate. Great prices. Responsive and outstanding customer service

One of the only sites to clearly offer both video and audio conversion. The site was very easy to navigate.

I paid for this service. The confirmation said I would receive my shipping box "kit" in 6 to 8 days. It has now been 13 days and according to the tracking information it will be several more days before I receive it! If they lie about one thing, they will lie about another!

We found some old 16mm films after our mother passed away. Southtree did a fantastic job of digitizing the memories for us. They updated us on each step of the process, so we always knew what to expect. Great company!

The site is easy to navigate.

I had 12 videotapes that I wanted to have digitized. I had to separate them into two orders--10 and 2, which cost a lot extra. Then I received the boxes and found out I could add extra tapes. That definitely was not clear on the website. Otherwise, the times I've used Southtree has been a positive experience.

I liked the low cost advertised on the web page, so I looked at reviews on Southtree. The number 1 complaint was slow processing of media sent in and poor customer support response time. I purchased a box to be sent to me to have 10 VHS tapes to be processed over a week ago. Nothing has arrived. I guess the reviews were right.

so far so good. I have sent my slides to them now I await their return

I love the printed material sent to guide me in the process. The shipping box arrived quickly too. But the turn around time for product delivery is terrible. I feel as though I have lost my memories in transit somewhere.

Very Good Experience

Just received my thumb drives and I am so excited about having my pictures and videos all together. Thank you for the many wonderful memories collected. I have mentioned this company several times to my friends and family. Many are gathering together their photos and videos, so they can send them to Southtree! Many thanks for gathering all of my memories together and for placing them together on my two thumb drives!
