I purchased and downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. I followed the setup instructions, but when I clicked in the Setup Application as directed, I received a notification "This patch package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package. " I contacted SoftwareHubs. com asking they please help me complete the installation but never received any response. Based on this, I do NOT recommend SoftwareHubs. com.

I’m having trouble to install this Microsoft office into my computer. I want to get my money back.

Never could get it to download. File showed an error. Just considered it money wasted. Could not speak to anyone.

They said the download would be sent to me immediately within a few hours or a day. It came in a couple hours but that's not what immediately means. It downloaded and installed perfectly.

I called the number on their website, I was redirected to an AI based calling system that claimed I had called the wrong number. . Was messeging with their online portal was told told hold while they looked into my order number. Hours later no response. Spent a lot of money for a software license that was "revoked".

Please cancel and remove any errors in my attempt to download - send cancelation confirmation. Thank you Ray Fisher

I bought Microsoft office from you. I was having trouble getting it to work. I tried to get help but I could not get anyone to help me so I went and got it from product key. They were willing to get help when I needed it. I will never buy anything from you again.

I accidentally ordered two copies by mistake, sent a note to the help desk stating I was keeping one order and wanted to return the second one. I provided the order number I wanted to return and was ignored.
