The installation directions were very helpful and complete. Also the software was reasonably priced since it is two revisions back (acceptable for what I want to use it for). Thank-you!

I found the directions confusing and I couldn't get your telephone number to go through. I was able to load it with help from Microsoft.

Easily downloaded and accessed my QuickBooks software.

I cannot figure out how to install the software and need help - can someone help me??

Initially, I was worried about receiving a credible product at such a low price. The transaction was quick and seamless. Moments after my payment was confirmed, I received the full download and product key. I think the instructions might be confusing for a novice PC user, but I was able to figure them out. Grateful for the product and wouldn't hesitate to purchase more with this company.

The code took a few hours to arrive but the process was perfect after that.

Service was great, delivery was great but having no luck in registering software with Microsoft. Phone registration not available- sends to useless website. Registration through software doesn't work.
