Easy process

I had posted a couple of complaints, for which I now apologize. The complaints were generated because I found it difficult to locate and enable some applications. Everything seems to be working at this point.

Return the laptop to best buy. So I did not have to experience any thing about this purchase. My loss.

My experience with Software hub was excellent. I purchased my product and had my key for activation within 10min for installation.

It was good though a bit confusing.

Overall experience with downloading and installing Office 2024 was good. Several days now into using it and all the Office programs appear to be working great.

Got the product. Took almost a 1 hour to get it

Ordering was relatively easy except for pop up ads. Page display navigation could be improved. Download was easy. More details on install selection of options would be helpful. My problem on install was reverting to Classic menu options. Pricing was very good.

This installed and authenticated with no problems.

Everything worked! Followed the instructions and the product key loaded the product!

Find what you need or want, for windows or mac computer software, at a fraction of the cost. Different options to choose what is best for you or your business, established or new. Not much of a decision to make especially these days with all the SaaS out there.

I bought an Office Professional 2024 single user/device life-time license for $15 (yes, you read that right), and not only did everything work, it was SUPER easy to install (almost one-click; no need to even enter the product key). I previously bought an MS Project license of the same type from these guys, and it too worked perfectly. I did have a couple of questions on the install, and they were really on it from the customer service side; all my questions were answered within an hour, and the answers were clear and helpful. These guys are awesome.
