This company needs to get personnel that can support their customers. I was not able to get a hold of anyone!

Customer support needs updating. The phone numbers are out of service and their web chat support freeze when you ask to speak with a live agent and no one comes back online. At least I did get a response with their email customer support, however still slow.

The key product doesn't work and I called Microsoft and they said the key product is not good that's why the software couldn't be activated

Answer emails that ask for help. Offer a telephone that works. Cancel my order SH-234134 and credit my credit card! Send me an email when this is taken care of.

It took a minute but download came through and was able to download and install. Working great with all the options.
