Very pleased with quality and speed of Genuine Ink

GenuineInk. com is completely legit. They have the lowest prices for OEM Factory Sealed HP Toner. The 4 toner boxes were in new condition, just as if you pulled them from the shelf at a retail store. I received my order in the time they estimated (2 Days). They had split my order, because they had to ship one toner from another warehouse location. I had received it first from FedEx and wondered where are the rest? I called, and to my amazement, after navigating a short voice menu, I actually got a live person on the phone in two rings. The person was very polite and helpful and explained the split order, apologizing for no notification (a computer glitch). I was very relieved, as this was my first order from them. I then received the rest of my order with in the hour from UPS. The toners installed and recognized as Official HP Toner without issues. I will definitely order from them again.
