Got what I needed. First link to download did not worked but just at the time I was getting frustrated customer service sent me the correct link.

I had a little trouble at the beginning of my install, but after I deleted all microsoft office programs that were on my laptop, the program installed with no problem, and it seems to be working just fine. My only question is: why did I not have to use the license key? I now plan on purchasing another copy for my wife's computer.

Easy as pie. Just wait a few minutes for the email with the link to download. The first email you get doesn't have the link and I was a little worried at first but it was good and everything works.

Its not easy to understand the adobe still asks me to start a free trial when i bought the stuff. But at 70 this stuff has always been difficult. I am an Analog Engineer.

I am still not able to activate, download, nor install the app. I've tried the link that I received and when I download, it comes as a zip file and when zi open it I get a message that file can not be opened. At this point, I just want to dispute the charge and move on to something more legit. I only need Microsoft Excel and not the entire Office 365.

received my download information, downloaded Adobe Acrobat 2020 and powered everything up. . . . worked like a charm, I was getting very frustrated with the online platform, and I do not need the latest and greatest just something that works and I can rely on.

Unfortunately, I never received the product that I paid for, so this wasn't a very good service experience at all.

I purchased a Microsoft Office package from this company. The download provided after purchase didn't work. Good luck trying to get in contact with anyone. Had to dispute my charge.

I purchased and downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. I followed the setup instructions, but when I clicked in the Setup Application as directed, I received a notification "This patch package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package. " I contacted SoftwareHubs. com asking they please help me complete the installation but never received any response. Based on this, I do NOT recommend SoftwareHubs. com.
