The software has proved to be invalid. Please send a proper software key. My email to support has gone unanswered so far. Please send a new product key

Still can't GET what I paid for. Wasted HOURS trying.

I had no difficulty in down loading and installing the software This part i'm very pleased with / But the software itself will not convert a pdf into a word Doc or an Excell spreadsheet.

The produce I purchased will not download. I have reached out to you regarding this problem. When your on-line support did not respond, I tried calling and the tel # listed is not valid. I have also requested a refund but that hasn’t happened. It also appears that your web site is being hacked!

Download and installation links were broken. Hod to work around it so took a lot more time to figure out. Otherwise, delivery and product once installed were good.

Cannot install office 2024…. Requests a call back few times … still waiting …

I made a terrrible decision is purchasing from this vendor. They don"t respond to questions sent to thier help email. Np tech support at all.

I called this number, USA: +1 (307) 203 1248, but it's no good. I could not download the program, tried to download again, and it ended up charging me twice. See the attached. please call me at 425 269 3147 and show me how to download the program. thanks

I have yet to be contacted about my issue with not receiving my license.

I was charged 2x for a purchase and when I asked for a refund, I did not receive a response from anyone. Please correct this error as soon as possible. Erika

Could never find how to download

The software does not install and I sent an email to support and have not heard back. Very frustrating

The original download would not open. I called a help line and was told that it would have to be resent. I had to send an email to request this. It was sent. I still had trouble opening it because I needed to delete office files that I didn’t know were on the computer because it was a new computer. I got confusing messages that were hard to interpret and I would have liked to be able to talk to an actual person to work through this. I finally got it to work through a lot of effort and trial and error.

took my money and will not send verification code. . . won't answer chat or emails. Wont refund the money so I had to go to the bank and file a grievance.

Software code didn't work. No reply from help email.
