I have collected a lot of knives throughout my career. My santoku and pairing knives are both by Shun. I use both daily and enjoy how each of them feel in my hand and keep their edge. My future knife purchases will be Shun. I am hooked

Knife came back from getting repaired and it wasn’t sharp, almost hurt myself on a carrot. Great product but now I have to sharpen my knife after paying to have it renewed.

We have had them for maybe a decade or more now. This was the second time we sent them out to get sharpened. (yes it took a bit longer this time, but the company appears to have expanded, so, meh is what it is). But they came packaged really nicely, they are sharp and are in good shape. (just wish I could reuse the nice packaging for the next sharpening :)

I had to send my Shun knife in for warranty repair after dropping it and breaking the tip. The process was smooth and professional. They repaired the blade and gave it a fresh sharpening, and it came back razor sharp and looking great. Really impressed with the quality of the work and the customer service. Definitely worth it!
