Amazing knife. I have only gotten to use it once to cut their steak, which was only one swipe and felt like butter. I can’t wait to use this on everything in my kitchen. I’m more nervous about when the time comes and I need to sharpen this because I don’t have any experience sharpening knives. I also ordered a knife holder that’s magnetic because I don’t have a home for this knife and don’t wanna just throw it in a junk drawer, but I definitely recommend this knife. I also wanna try adding some more to my collection. It was pricey, but well worth it. It took me a while to finally decide on a knife and so glad I did with this one. Shipping was really fast and had no issues. Awesome the handle on the knife is very comfortable and feels very secure with making cut slices dices and having control of the knife.

So far so good!

I did not have to wait long, before I was slicing and dicing with pleasure.

Shipping was fast and efficient. Packaging was top notch. The blade is very functional and easy to use.

One of the best knives ive ever used.

Great business, Oregon and Japan!

They dull really quick . I do a lot of prep at a restaurant six days a week and always have to Hone it in the middle of prep the same ingredient more then once. I think something is wrong with the edge

Shun, to me is the best out there, I own 10 plus shun knives. What I love is the fit of the handles. And also how well the sharpness maintains.

Shun is always a pleasure to work purchase from.
