Great product descriptions allowed me to custom find what I needed. Product arrived unmolested in a big thick tube secured better than Fort Knox! Seal is soft where it matters and firm where it needs to be, and looks great. Saved me $$$ on getting a pro to come in.

The part I ordered online had been discontinued (no notice of this) and I was sent a knob I didn't like. I used the chat feature (he was nice), and was offered, after a few emails, a part that was similar, but it wasn't the same as what I wanted originally. Customer service was nice but very slow in responding via email. I had to keep asking for an update. In the end, I sent the knob back. I hope they refund me in full for the trouble!

Had a question about the correct way to attach it . Tight to slide on so I kind clip it on the whole length. Can you use a lubricant to make it easier?

Product was of good quality. Ordered two separate times different items. First order took over a week to ship and delayed by USPS. Second shipped promptly and delivered UPS in a few days. Overall good experience with vendor.

I order the part recommended, it really was not the right part but I was able to make it work. The mouse cut out was much smaller than original part but I was able to make it work. After this terrible ordeal trying to find the right part my next step is to change out the shower surround all together and go with sliding door.

It's almost been a month since I placed the order and it has yet to arrive. Obviously, I would never consider buying anything from you ever!!

I placed my order late on Dec 24 after having 'Scott' help me via the SDH website's chat capability, and was very impressed that someone would be working late on Christmas Eve. I place my order and got the automated email confirming order placement which said delivery would be in about 2 weeks. When my order had not arrived by that time, I attempted to locate my package via the Fedex tracking number contained in that email. That's when I saw that the field in the automated email contained the internal 4-digit SDH order number where the 12-digit Fedex tracking number should appear! Of course useless for Fedex tracking. Tried SDH chat again on Mon. Jan. 13 around 9am CST, but no response, even 3h later. Evidently unmonitored, so I sent an email to SDH customer support requesting order status. Got reply email from 'Robinson' stating that order had been delivered. I pointed out incorrect Fedex tracking number, she apologised and supplied the correct one, and Fedex site did indeed confirm delivery, yet I had received nothing at the shipping address that I had supplied. On a hunch, I called a neighbor at my billing address, and the neighbor found the package on my doorstep there. Robinson continued claiming that the order was shipped to the shipping address I supplied. However, while the automated order response email correctly identifies the shipping and billing addresses I had supplied, both the Fedex package label and the included SDH packing slip show that my billing address was used as the destination. The package itself was well packed and undamaged, and the order was correct and complete, and in the end that's all that matters to me. Bottom line: the SDH chat works well when it is monitored, and the customer support persons I dealt with were helpful and responsive. The SDH shipping department needs either closer supervision or additional training to avoid such data entry errors, or the order entry system has some serious deficiencies that need remediation.
