got a F trim came damage send a request right away they told me to fix it witch i try but did not work been trying send it back and they telling me to pay for shipping cause is my problem, so just awful company

I ordered two extruded bottom door wipes from showerdoorjardware. com (order #11099). After two weeks, they still hadn't shipped my order. I cancelled the order and was charged a restocking fee for an order they never produced or shipped. This 'company' is just a scam.
