Delivery time was adequate as I was not in a rush. Packaging was very substantial to lessen/eliminate damage in transit.

Good quality and delivered in very a protected tube and was here in just 2 days.
A few days went by and the company reached out to say the item was out of stock. I waited weeks and finally received THE WRONG PRODUCT. I eventually received 2/3 of the product. I'll order the remaining parts and see how it goes. No discount? Really poor customer experience.

Arrived early and fits perfect.
- Website experience is excellent, which includes selection, price, checkout, etc. - There was no mention, however, of the back order status of the product. And then, there was no detail as to shipment status. - I had to email the company for Shipment Tracking information. They did respond timely and explain the delay, but I found it very odd in this day and age that they were not forthcoming about the back order status from the beginning.
Very slow delivery (month) but immediately charged credit card.

got a F trim came damage send a request right away they told me to fix it witch i try but did not work been trying send it back and they telling me to pay for shipping cause is my problem, so just awful company

Over a month shipping, JUNK parts, 20 percent, restock fee and return shipping cost made it not worth returning……. . .
