Not satisfied. Refunds take forever (still waiting . . ) and I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and have received zero delivery updates (still waiting again …). I would appreciate better service or will request chargebacks from my bank for both purchases by Monday - August 16th, if I do not hear back on both transactions.

broken at delivery by UPS. Box bent in half. Claim filed with UPS and haven't heard back.

Your customer service is terrible. Return policy makes it impossible to return an item such as a shower door sweep . Not worth trying to return because of shipping and restocking fees . Now I’m stuck with an item that doesn’t fit !

Needed to replace three different types of gasketing for my steam shower. They had each of the types in stock and ordering was very easy. Materials arrived in a few days packed inside a rigid cardboard tube which perfectly protected the gasketing. Excellent experience and highly recommend ShowerDoorHardware!
