Never got the item. Never got a refund.

I received the product and installed it easily, however I was not very happy with the quality. After only a short while, 2 weeks, it started falling apart already. I sent photos, which clearly showed no obstruction. I reached out explaining the issue, with photos, hoping to get a reasonable explanation or understanding. I asked them to help me understand why your product would deteriorate like this? The response - “ We couldn’t speculate on how it happened but it’s clear the seal got caught on something that pulled it apart. “ I've gone back and forth with the company and they do not want to understand how something like this happened, just that it is not their responsibility. I've tried to reason with them several times and they have shown no interest in understanding, just that it's can't be the product because “our products are too high quality” Every product has issues, even if it's 0. 01% - the lack of caring or trying to understand represents the quality of their products.

I still never received my shower, ROD I want to cancel this if you haven’t sent it

Seamless process.

The plastic was so hard and curved in it would not bend. I had to use a heat gun to soften it and then glue it in place. Thank God I ordered two.

Not satisfied. Refunds take forever (still waiting . . ) and I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and have received zero delivery updates (still waiting again …). I would appreciate better service or will request chargebacks from my bank for both purchases by Monday - August 16th, if I do not hear back on both transactions.

broken at delivery by UPS. Box bent in half. Claim filed with UPS and haven't heard back.

Your customer service is terrible. Return policy makes it impossible to return an item such as a shower door sweep . Not worth trying to return because of shipping and restocking fees . Now I’m stuck with an item that doesn’t fit !

Shower door seals corrected our problem on 2 different shower doors. Diagrams of product and description made the solution easy. Also, assistance from co. Is available.

The shower door sweep I ordered was a perfect fit and very easy to install!

Needed to replace three different types of gasketing for my steam shower. They had each of the types in stock and ordering was very easy. Materials arrived in a few days packed inside a rigid cardboard tube which perfectly protected the gasketing. Excellent experience and highly recommend ShowerDoorHardware!
