They have been helpful in helping resolve the problem of a shower that leaks.

1st I ordered the wrong part. 2nd it took forever to come.

Over a month shipping, JUNK parts, 20 percent, restock fee and return shipping cost made it not worth returning……. . .

Great product, just as advertized

Great product

Great

I ordered two extruded bottom door wipes from showerdoorjardware. com (order #11099). After two weeks, they still hadn't shipped my order. I cancelled the order and was charged a restocking fee for an order they never produced or shipped. This 'company' is just a scam.

Overall good experience

Made a small purchase for a residence. Everything was handled well. Product was excellent and just what I needed.

Excellent selection. Terrific service.

Large inventory to choose from, shipping was a bit slow.

Good communication through the purchase.

I post a question to customer service about the finish of the different items I purchased. They gave me an accurate answer, and I was satisfied with my delivery.

I returned items and they refused to issue a refund.
