Great! Original blade seal lasted about 5 years. Now I know where to get the next one in about 5 years. VERY hard to find. Lowes, Home Depot had no idea. My contractor finally found your site. It fir perfectly and was easy to install.

Part fit great but I was charged an extra shipping $15 fee for the size of the package. I looked up the "oversized" package dimensions on the UPS website and the package was well under the "oversized" dimensions. The standard shipping was already quite high, but I needed the part so I paid it.

A few days went by and the company reached out to say the item was out of stock. I waited weeks and finally received THE WRONG PRODUCT. I eventually received 2/3 of the product. I'll order the remaining parts and see how it goes. No discount? Really poor customer experience.

- Website experience is excellent, which includes selection, price, checkout, etc. - There was no mention, however, of the back order status of the product. And then, there was no detail as to shipment status. - I had to email the company for Shipment Tracking information. They did respond timely and explain the delay, but I found it very odd in this day and age that they were not forthcoming about the back order status from the beginning.
