So far so good. I am very pleased with consult prior to my purchase. I was a little frustrated with paying additional for shipping. My only complaint about the E8 is the poor quality excuse for a milk container. It’s clunky, not convenient without any means to cover the milk for storage. Given the cost I would have expected the glass and stainless container I purchased on Amazon. I love the ease of this machine with messages to empty tray, and fill water and beans. The coffee taste incredible. I prefer a stiffer foam on my cappuccino. All in all, I am thrilled!

Don’t be hesitant in buying a refurbished unit. Machine is like new, zero issues.

These things regulate the air going into the milk frothing system and if yours starts sputtering, this might be just what you need. Jura got these packaged up and shipped over to me lickety-split and I was back in delicious coffee before I knew it.

Buying a Dura online is very easy. The website is not fussy. It’s easy to navigate and gives you all the information you need on each individual model. You do have to sign with UPS to receive the machine when it’s delivered to your house, so make sure you are home.
