I ordered my J8 online from the company website. This was right before Thanksgiving of 2025. I got it in less than a week. Had it for Thanksgiving. A signature was required at Delivery, which I had no problem with. It was packaged extremely well. That would have been no chance of damage. I was extremely pleased with the delivery. Highly recommend the coffee pot and the company website.

Design flaw. I am left-handed. The tray needs to be squared off to provide a stable platform when making a coffee drink that requires milk.
