Great machine! Easy to operate and wonderful coffee.

Literally my only annoyance with Jura was my childish annoyance at waiting a week or two for the J10 twin to be in stock after deciding we wanted it. The site, service, shipping, and even the packaging were excellent. The fact that the water hardness testing strips were included shows the care and attention to detail I wish more companies had.

Jura customer service has always been great. Coffee beans were a bit disappointing.

Easy to order. Updated regularly on order status. Customer service knowledge when I called in was not what Imwas used to in the past.

Great delivery of product just questioning the design of the coffee maker. With or without filtered water the unit requires the filter to be changed at similar frequency so I stopped using filtered water in the machine.

Shipping was good, price too high for the tank itself.

Received my interchangeable milk spouts, works beautifully as always! Love my Jura!
