Purchasing a refurbished z10 directly from Jura was a very smooth process. The machine shipped in a day and arrived the next day(lucky to live 2 hours from the service center in PA).

broken machine. Multiple daily calls to Jura unanswered and to date (a week after my machine stopped working) I have not received a call back or an email response. Other than an automated response acknowledging that they had received my email. Help.

After a year of working great, maintaining it perfectly to vendor specs - filters, cleanings, etc. it just stopped working. Only spitting out a sip of coffee now. Very frustrating after making such an investment in a Jura machine. I’m going to try calling them and how they handle the support query will determine if I ever buy one again or if I chuck this one and buy another brand.

I have not needed to call Jura customer service regarding our newest coffee machine, the S8. In prior years when our machine needed service or I needed advice regarding the coffee machine, customer service has always been great—friendly, professional and informed.
