Support center was very helpful identifying the correct part number frother for my particular model number

I did not have a good experience with the customer service reps. They were rude, and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Also I sat on hold for 10 minutes each time I called.

This machine was worth every penny! It makes some of the best (if not the best) coffee drinks I've ever had!

Great coffee - I need to learn more. I drink the regular coffee and cappuccino. I feel it's a bit cool temp wise for my preference and a bit weak. I do have it set on strongest and hottest settings. I think it's only cool when I add the milk for the cappuccino. Great product

Very poorly at this point. Milk frother broke within making the first 5-10 drinks. Jura is stating website down, technical difficulties. . . . . expecting a new milk frother part to be shipped in 1-2 months. This is very unacceptable for a nice commercial machine. Machine was packaged very nicely and can't even tell it was refurbished.

The purchase and shipping was easy. Arrived 2 days early with no issues. Easy set up as well.

I ordered two packs for our JURA machine, I never received either pack.

We really love our refurbished Jura E6 we purchased. So far, no problems. The only problem is that the milk is not very hot so when it is mixed with the coffee it cools the coffee down. A short microwave and all is fine.
