Always helpful

Great machine with many features

I've bought every coffee gadget out there trying to perfect the prefect cup. The burr grinder, the insulated French Press, the Chemex. I could have saved a lot of time and money by going straight to Jura!

My new coffee maker not only arrived on time, in working order and with simple instructions -- it makes incredible coffee too! Very impressed overall and would highly recommend. It is my second one as well.

Expensive but good

I had to go to the Jura site to order the part. I wasn’t able to find the original nozzle part number, but cryptically they suggested another part number might work. I ordered the mystery part and was surprised when it arrived that it was not the original part. It turned out that this nozzle actually produced better foam than the original model. When I called for help, they were surprised that the part I received worked and said the website was incorrect. I kept the part because it worked so well.

I finally received the container and it was the wrong model. I sent in all my coffee model information and you sent the container for another model. To avoid the hassle of return, I just kept it. The container was too small for my model. Now I have 2 containers that are less than useful.

excellent

My flap was accidentally discarded while dumping my grounds. This flap fit my grounds container perfectly, and the representative I spoke with after calling Jura was extremely helpful and told me exactly what was needed. Please reach out to Jura for help and skip the “big online retailer” when purchasing replacement parts for your Jura.

Shipping and communication was great.

Love best cup coffee.

We love our Jura so much, she makes the best drinks. So glad we pulled the trigger.

We have friends that purchased a refurbished Jura machine. After using theirs, I checked the refurbished website frequently, hoping to find one that also offers the milk option. Finally found one! We’ve used it over two months now and absolutely love the ease of use and quality product.

Overall very nice machine… makes quality coffee drinks after short initial settings learning curve. Disappointed adjustable coffee spout doesn’t stay in the highest position, keeps sliding down.

Good not great

Would be a 5 star but the water tank is a little small

Excellent product. Very convenient!

Works perfectly, much better than my previous Jura A9. Cappuccino has a lot of foam, even with Almond Milk.

Makes an amazing cup of coffee. Simple to use, even for me. I try to keep life less complicated. Truly love my choice of the E6. I especially like that I’m able to change the strength of the coffee so easily. I really only drink black coffee so this was the perfect choice for me. If I have guest’s that like capuchino or espresso, I can do that too.
