I like every thing about JURA machine and it’s cleaning products!

Great delivery of product just questioning the design of the coffee maker. With or without filtered water the unit requires the filter to be changed at similar frequency so I stopped using filtered water in the machine.

Shipping was good, price too high for the tank itself.

Received my interchangeable milk spouts, works beautifully as always! Love my Jura!

I love being able to just press a button to get coffee in the morning. It's super easy to clean too

Our C9 was available when we ordered it directly from Jura, and was delivered on the third business day. We were very happy we our buying experience.

It’s really a great entry level and I am so enjoying it!

Great products! Excellent service!

prompt delivery

I appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable service representatives whenever I have contacted them with questions and inquiries. I have owned their machines for 20+ years, and have always had positive experiences with them. Thank you !!

Purchasing a refurbished z10 directly from Jura was a very smooth process. The machine shipped in a day and arrived the next day(lucky to live 2 hours from the service center in PA).

Delivery and customer service is excellent, matching the product they support.

Love this machine. My last Jura capresso lasted me 20 years.

fast shipping

All fine

Great innovative gadget for my Z-10! Thank you!

Was quicly and working really good

The machine was delivered on time and pack correctly

Great produce, we gave our 8 year old jura to our son and upgraded to this newer model - loved that one and we love this one too!

I have not needed to call Jura customer service regarding our newest coffee machine, the S8. In prior years when our machine needed service or I needed advice regarding the coffee machine, customer service has always been great—friendly, professional and informed.
