Making an espresso with just one button is incredibly easy. Cleaning, refilling, programming the machine are all very easy. One thing is that the water doesn't get scorching hot which is what I prefer. It's not a dealbreaker. I've read to use lighter beans so that the machine stays cleaner longer. I am still worried for when that time comes. It will randomly squirt water to clean itself and I had to program it to stay on for 4 hours at a time in our workspace with a few employees.

You have no idea how much I love these machines. This is my 4th machine one for each child and one for each home, in GA and FL. Being retired I carry extra cups of coffee everywhere I go and everyone love the coffee, (strong and black most of the time). In addition I have 6 couples that have bought the Jura also after trying my machine. Thanks a bunch for allowing me to share the love!
