Awesome product!

Love my Jura eight however, when we bought it brand new from William Sonoma. The chrome piece that your coffee mug sits on was completely scratched up. Called Williams Sonoma and got no help at all. I’ve looked online to try to find a replacement part, but I don’t see one. Is there any way to buy a replacement part.

Our refurbished ENA8 was indistinguishable from brand new. I'm not sure it wasn't new. It functions perfectly. The only thing that could be improved would be if the frothed milk in milk drinks could be hotter.
