Excellent customer service! Each time I have called, the agents were very pleasant and knowledgeable and they resolved my questions promptly. Shipping was fast and the refurbished machine was packed very carefully. We will recommend Jura to our family and friends. We only wish the drip tray grid was made of better material so the chrome-colored plastic didn't scratch so easily and distract from the beauty of the machine.

The ordering process has been fantastic and delivery was very fast. I haven't needed service as of yet, but I am not concerned at this point.
