Jura has been great to make sure we get our shipments of filters and cleaning tablets as we have moved from state to state in our homes and our rv’s.

Great experience with purchasing our Factory Refurbished Jura E6. It looked brand new and shipping was fast. Tatiana in customer service spent a good amount of time going over the various machines and what would actually be best for our coffee needs and desires. So far so good and still learning about what the machine offers and how to use.

Quality products don’t disappoint

The Factory Refurbished Jura E8 Chrome was absolutely worth it. Coffee quality is excellent, the machine looks great, and it’s made my morning setup feel a lot more dialed in. Only downside: the silicone milk tube is a little annoying and needs to sit perfectly or suction can get fussy. Replace it with the metal tube and you’re in much better shape. Other than that, fantastic machine. I’m very happy with it.
