The ability to have so much customization means your drinks can just get better as you dial in preferences. And it is such a clean looking, beautiful machine. We look forward to using it every day!

It’s easy and intuitive. We had an older Jura that we loved but u needed a stronger kick of caffeine so we got one that can make all the espresso beverages I love. My kids love the sweetened milk/foam for steamers and we love the coffee! Cannot recommend this enough.
