My experience with the store customer service was awful. My lamp should be returned following my disappointment with the product. I choose to keep it to avoid giving me ridiculous excuses and never a fast honest solution. I would not consider the store in my future purchases.

This is my favorite company to work with when buying any furniture. Their customer service is unmatched, I drop their name whenever I can!

Excellent customer service right through to delivery. Item was a bit delayed by the carrier but horne worked to figure out what was going on and kept me in the loop the whole time. Companies no longer provide this level of customer serivce anymore.

Morgen was a great help with my return. We ran into some difficulties with FedEx pick-up. They were no shows on 2 set pick-up dates. Morgen switched carriers to UPS and was understanding of my frustrations.

I was pleased with the service, selection and overall value of the Tom Dixon Beat Collection pendants I purchased from Horne. Specifically, their overstock collection had several models I was looking for at 30% less. Shipping and delivery was also positive.

Everything is great. Just Lead time from Manufacture and holds up on their end have caused the delay in receiving the product. Horne's customer service has been great and have really enjoyed working with Morgan on this.
