I wanted a specific bookcase and checked with many online furniture stores. Most all had on backorder. I really did not want to wait several months for this product. Horne online store showed this was in stock, but I emailed them to confirm. I received an immediate response (impressive) and they confirmed it was in stock and helped me with the order. My experience with the store customer service was awful. My lamp should be returned following my disappointment with the product. I choose to keep it to avoid giving me ridiculous excuses and never a fast honest solution. I would not consider the store in my future purchases.
