I have ordered twice from Horne and your customer service on both orders has been amazing. The first time, they held my package in their warehouse for a few extra days (at my request) to help to manage shipping so the package didn’t arrive while I was out of town for my honeymoon! The second time they did a price match with a competitor within 24 hours. It is so hard to find a company with good customer service these days and they really go above and beyond to handle requests coming in from customers. Appreciate you all.

Ours was in stock and it shipped in less than 24 hours from ordering & arrived in a day - excellent customer service! We ordered a second lamp for our bedroom that is not in stock. Worth the wait.

Love the equestrian style of the Gubi Adnet Mirror we purchased from HORNE. Leather is fabulous quality and the mirror glass is perfect. Shipped very safely and quickly - we had it in a few days from ordering as it was in stock. Great customer service.

We've had out Goa Cutlery for years now - It still looks new. The quality of Cutipol is outstanding, and we love that HORNE helped us to purchase extra pieces that weren't on their website that we needed to fill out our set. They're made to order, but ship very quickly!

All around wonderful service and product

This little table is light enough to move around when needed but sturdy enough to hold several drinks and even a bowl of snacks. I mostly use it by my couch but will often take it to my desk to hold my coffee and breakfast while doing my morning work. Came super well packed, quicker than I was told and I am happier than I thought I would be. It can be hard buying furniture online but this experience reassured me that it is totally OK!

We ordered and received the Block Lamp by Design House Stockholm to use under a slatted bench in our living room - It brings so much character to the space! It's super easy to set up and we love that the design allows it to be used basically *forever* because the glass is separate from the cord and bulb.

Placed an order in December and didn't receive my order until March. Customer service was very responsive which was reassuring and I understand an order from an outside warehouse is out of their hands, however Horne should not have posted on the item page that these products are available to ship out in a timely manner if they are in fact not. I won't be ordering from this website in the future. Product was eventually received as described.
