All around wonderful service and product

This little table is light enough to move around when needed but sturdy enough to hold several drinks and even a bowl of snacks. I mostly use it by my couch but will often take it to my desk to hold my coffee and breakfast while doing my morning work. Came super well packed, quicker than I was told and I am happier than I thought I would be. It can be hard buying furniture online but this experience reassured me that it is totally OK!

We ordered and received the Block Lamp by Design House Stockholm to use under a slatted bench in our living room - It brings so much character to the space! It's super easy to set up and we love that the design allows it to be used basically *forever* because the glass is separate from the cord and bulb.

Placed an order in December and didn't receive my order until March. Customer service was very responsive which was reassuring and I understand an order from an outside warehouse is out of their hands, however Horne should not have posted on the item page that these products are available to ship out in a timely manner if they are in fact not. I won't be ordering from this website in the future. Product was eventually received as described.

Flos IC ceiling lights, larger size, look stunning in my living room. Two provide generous light in my large space, dimmer allows ambient lighting when desired. This was my third purchase of Flos lighting. Modern aesthetic, unique designs, happy with each piece.

I was supposed to be issued a refund for the coupon that was not applied at check out. I was told they refunded me, however I never saw it in my bank statement. When I reached out yet again they told me to figure it out with shop pay. Are you kidding me?! Shop pay has zero customer service. Never buying from Horne again.
