HORNE does a wonderful job of displaying shipping timelines on their website. Shopping online can be a gamble but we've never been disappointed at HORNE.

I wanted a specific bookcase and checked with many online furniture stores. Most all had on backorder. I really did not want to wait several months for this product. Horne online store showed this was in stock, but I emailed them to confirm. I received an immediate response (impressive) and they confirmed it was in stock and helped me with the order. Great customer service. Will shop again with them.

My experience with the store customer service was awful. My lamp should be returned following my disappointment with the product. I choose to keep it to avoid giving me ridiculous excuses and never a fast honest solution. I would not consider the store in my future purchases.

Morgen was a great help with my return. We ran into some difficulties with FedEx pick-up. They were no shows on 2 set pick-up dates. Morgen switched carriers to UPS and was understanding of my frustrations.

I was pleased with the service, selection and overall value of the Tom Dixon Beat Collection pendants I purchased from Horne. Specifically, their overstock collection had several models I was looking for at 30% less. Shipping and delivery was also positive.
