Morgen was a great help with my return. We ran into some difficulties with FedEx pick-up. They were no shows on 2 set pick-up dates. Morgen switched carriers to UPS and was understanding of my frustrations.

I was pleased with the service, selection and overall value of the Tom Dixon Beat Collection pendants I purchased from Horne. Specifically, their overstock collection had several models I was looking for at 30% less. Shipping and delivery was also positive.

I ordered a Jielde lamp that took a few months to receive but that was clearly explained to me at the time when I placed my order. The lamp was delivered to me exactly when promised and I was thrilled.

We had a terrific experience with Horne. As with so many other things in life these days, COVID has made shopping and receiving orders in a timely manner nearly impossible. Lex, in the customer service department, went out of her way to keep me informed at all times of our order. When we received it, I reached out to tell her I loved the product and appreciated her help. She so kindly said ‘It was her job’ and said she’d be happy to help in the future if we needed anything. Truthfully, I figured she’d be long gone by the time I reached out again, but she wasn’t and again was more than helpful assisting with my order and even calling the manufacturer to assure there weren’t any shipping delays. Great customer service goes such a long way (and is so rarely found these days)! To top it off, the products are exactly as described and great quality. This was a wonderful shopping experience and I will definitely do business with Horne again.
