Website needs great improvement; better description of items.

I can be very indecisive and the team at Horne patiently answered all of my questions and helped me choose the right table. It is perfect. Solid wood, modern and already getting a lot of compliments from family and friends. I know most people don't ask as many questions as I do so a big thank you to the team at Horne.

Could not recommend Horne more! The team was so helpful when my order kept getting stuck with DHL, keeping me updated on the details and timeline, and placing a delivery exception when I would be traveling so my package wouldn't arrive until I was home. I really appreciate everything, and Morgen for fielding all of my emails :)

Took a bit longer to put together than I thought but worth the extra effort. It is sturdy and beautiful and brightened up my otherwise drab interior during the long winter months.

Took 3 months to receive item Partially due to inability to navigate new US customs requirements.

Seems like long wait paid off. Items delivered in original packaging without even a scratch , customer service knowledgeable able to give very close arrival/ delivery / final availability time. Items arrived exactly as posted online , outstanding quality of products!

I unfortunately received a damaged lamp, and did not feel confident a replacement would be delivered any differently. Horne CS was very helpful and understanding…with special thanks to Morgen for making the return and refund process seamless and prompt. Will definitely shop Horne again as their products are beautiful!

The product I ordered was out of stock but customer service was very proactive and solution oriented when they reached out unprompted to resolve the issue by offering a higher value replacement product instead. This remedy allowed for the product to ship out and arrive before Christmas! Very happy with the end result!
