I ordered the Muuto Arrange Desk Series from Horne and had an issue with the color consistency. From the start, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They worked directly with the manufacturer, kept me updated along the way, and followed through until everything was made right. You usually find out how good a company’s customer service is when something doesn’t go perfectly, and Horne was fantastic. Their pricing and shipping were also competitive, which is what led me to order from them in the first place. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Horne again.
