my card was charged for backordered item but no indication of when I would receive item.

I was looking for a Soolla bag everywhere and found it at Sheffield Pottery. The website said the store was closed until early January. I decided to make the purchase anyway. I'm so glad I did. The package was so well put together with Sheffield cards included. This store exceeded my expectations.

Service and communication were good. Brent wheel arrived well packed. It had a “thump” type of vibration that I’m concerned about. I thought it might work its way out, but hasn’t. I tried to videotape it but it’s more of a feeling than sound.

I've shopped online at Sheffield awhile now. They are usually punctual in shipping, if everything is in stock. Of course their discount for quantity purchase is great. It is easy to shop online as their site is pretty easy to navigate. My only complaint is the styro foam peanuts in the packing!
