My speedball big boss arrived in timely manner; good. I tested it a couple times before using it with clay and it responded to slow and fast with the pedal; good. Bought your clay and finally ready to throw when the wheel started to have sporadic speed then quit! Speedball helped me over the phone to determine that the circuit board was defective; really? I have received the part and will install shortly. Can’t really rate the product yet

My only complaint is that my pick up was scheduled for 4:00, I got there ten minutes earlier. I called the number repeatedly, even stepped inside and called. There was somebody using a forklift, and he wasn’t answering the calls. When he finally saw me, he said the person who was supposed to deal with pick ups must have gone home early. I guess I could have called the main #, but it all worked out !

I love Sheffield Pottery! Great customer service and the people are kind. Easy ordering, great and fun pickup option, and communication and shipping time and integrity are good! My only wish is that Sheffield would not ship with styrofoam packing peanuts! They are such an environmental nightmare. Paper would be nice. 😊

I have been using this high quality clay for over 20 years (T6B body). Never once has it been contaminated, and has always performed better than any other clay offered on the market (try making 24 inch relief tiles 3/8 thick with any other clay).

Couldn’t have been easier. Will definitely come back to Sheffield for any future equipment needs.

I love the terracotta clay. And pick up is super dependable and easy. Only thing is that it would be so great if the store was open in the front. I probably would have added to my purchases on the spot. It’s a long drive to Sheffield, and an open storefront would make the trip more worthwhile.
