Overall satisfactory, but the requirements for 2 days advance notice for purchases is a pain.

The 'free' shipping is very helpful with the clay and glaze. Many of the glazes are not available, out of stock.

As always, your phone system is not effective. You need a bell or some other method for alerting people for pickups.

These helpful folks sent me a replacement hose for my kiln vent. They even suggested that I could get it more cheaply from a hardware store, but since my efforts to do that had already been unsuccessful I was glad they could ship one to me. It came promptly and for a reasonable price.
