My experience with Sheffield Pottery has been great. I purchased my kiln from them and have nothing but raves for the kiln (L&L). Shelves were needed to accommodate more small items such as plates and mugs. The shelves I just purchased are great and they arrived safely as they were very carefully packaged for shipping.
