This was easiest clay order ever! I just logged onto my account, chose my items and, thanks to system prompts, I just had to click on the date and time to arrange my pickup. Upon arrival, no need to phone the warehouse—the doors were open and staff immediately came out to fulfill my order.

I had to reach out several times after multiple week-long delayed shipments that came as a surprise. Communication was sparse and only prompted when I reached out. The use of styrofoam packing peanuts in 2026 is behind the times when I myself use a biodegradable alternative to ship my orders. As a MA native, I want Sheffield to do better for all of us New England potters!
