I chose Sheffield for my order because you had every item I needed. I even called to confirm everything was in stock. Then, after it was too late to cancel, I was told that one item was not in stock. Very disappointing. Instead of a refund for that item, I would have preferred to have you ship that last item to me as soon as you could get it. Leanne

Good underglaze for good price. It was difficult to know when it was going to be shipped and it took longer than I expected but I thought they might have delayed because of our extremely cold weather and fear of freezing the product. I wasn’t in a hurry.

Shopping at Sheffield is easy. Working with the unemulsified Opulence glazes is not. I wrote about this to Sheffield and to the company which produces Opulence but received no replies.
