At the end of the day everything was good, but the order handling process is not as expected. There were no feedback or status update after placing the order. I had to ask the helpdesk to confirm shipment.

Everything was great

One of the spheres, (the green one,) I purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife, had a small damage in the pattern. She has not tried it yet to see if it is noticeable when used on the clay. The other items I purchased were all just fine.

When I purchased my slab roller, the delivery date was estimated to be three months. You can imagine my surprise when it arrived in one week!! I haven’t had a chance to put it together yet and am looking forward to it in the new year!

My items were order Dec 5. Plenty of time before Christmas. To be told aferward that they would not be delivered until Jan 5 is simply not acceptable. When I asked why, I was dealt with rudely by the person who took my call. She said she would send me the tracking code which I never received. I will never deal with this company again.

My order came damaged. FedEx attempted to repackage it. Some of it is completely solid like it got wet.
