Was fab. Tried to get clay from a competitor for a month unsuccessfully. Thanks to you all.

Shipped quickly and accurately!

I am very impressed with Sheffield Pottery! I purchased a small kiln from them when I couldn’t find it in stock anywhere else, and they even offered free shipping to North Carolina. My kiln arrived much faster than the turnaround times I was seeing from other suppliers. On top of that, their customer service has been excellent. I’ve had a great experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend Sheffield Pottery!

The only thing I didn't like is having had to wait 10 days for my order to ship. Waiting 3 days thereafter for it to arrive was fine. The online shop is good.

Great customer service, Good communications and explanations. Prompt delivery, and the kiln was in good order and is working well.

They had what I needed!

worked perfectly

The customer service at Sheffield Pottery is outstanding. This service alone will make this our go to site for supplies

I have not recieved my order so I am not a happy customer still as we soeak looking for my product I bought

The vent fan motor arrived in time and without issue.

Received my item very quickly

Such a good experience ordering my L&L plug n fire link with Sheffield. When the first one arrived damaged, I was so worried I would get stuck in a loop of endless customer service delays or lack of response, having to wait weeks for a new one. Instead, Sheffield's response was so fast and kind with a no-fuss replacement shipped out quickly. We both understand that these things happen but it's a valuable investment that is important to start off strong with when buying new. My second one arrived with no issues and they had FedEx come pick up the damaged one – all within just a few days from the first delivery. Have fired the kiln since and it works great so far. Carolyn is the GOAT! Thanks all!
