Good delivery of my clay. I wish you were able to have people pick up your orders on early hours on Monday. It would have saved me the shipping cost of 600 pounds of clay.

So I ordered a clay slab roller that was to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. After a couple of weeks, I called to find out when it would be shipped. I was told in a week or so, but that I would receive an email stating information concerning its delivery date. I never received that email and luckily, I was at home when it arrived on my doorstep. I travel a lot and it could have easily been left on my doorstep for days without my knowledge. Over $1000 worth of merchandise sitting on my porch, screaming to everyone driving by ‘these people are not home’. It is something I truly did not appreciate especially when I went through the effort to try to find out when it was going to be be delivered. .
