I love having you nearby, only wish I could browse your store again. It’s such a lovely drive from Worcester culminating in a pottery purchase. I miss it. You say free shipping but there’s still a minimum amount and it takes too long to get to me after I order.

Everything went well from ordering to delivery. Your staff checked to make sure the order was correct. I was able to add to the order with the help of your staff. Delivery was always updated and the delivery person was very helpful.

The product is great for the application I am using it for. However the fed ex driver left the package in a mud puddle and ruined half of the product.

I am happy overall with the process though there was a glitch. I ordered my kiln from Sheffield largely due to the fact that on the website it was listed in stock and the delivery time was significantly faster than anywhere else. I even confirmed that with a phone call when I ordered. However, that did not end up being the case and I had to wait months longer for delivery. Outside of that, I was very happy with the communication, customer service, delivery, and product. Everyone I communicated with was very personable, understanding, and kind. Were it not for the delivery taking much longer than expected, I would definitely give a 5 star review!
