I cannot recommend Seville Classics highly enough—not just because I’m happy with their product, but because of the way they stand behind their customers. While assembling my cabinet, I made a pretty significant mistake. Due to some personal circumstances, including having had a stroke and dealing with some limitations in my mental capacity, I assembled the cabinet 180 degrees out. To make matters worse, I used an electric screwdriver and overtightened several of the bolts, ultimately stripping them so badly that I couldn’t remove them. I contacted Seville Classics expecting that I would have to purchase a replacement bottom panel and the necessary installation hardware. I was completely upfront with them that the damage was my fault and that I was prepared to pay for the replacement parts. Their response honestly surprised me: “It’s okay, it’s still under warranty. ” They simply asked me to email them what I needed and provide pictures if possible. We did exactly that, and they sent me the replacement bottom panel and all of the necessary hardware—at no charge, even though I had caused the problem myself. What impressed me almost as much as their willingness to help was their responsiveness. I received the replacement parts in roughly five days after contacting them. No hassle, no runaround, and no attempt to make me jump through unnecessary hoops. That tells me a lot about how Seville Classics does business. They clearly value their customers, stand behind their products, respond quickly when something goes wrong, and empower their customer service team to actually solve problems rather than simply point to warranty fine print. The product is excellent, but the customer service is what really earned this five-star review. Five stars without hesitation. Seville Classics earned a customer for life, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products from a company that genuinely stands behind what it sells.

I have not attempted to put tool box units together I had no idea the the long panel were split in half . I was intimidated on assembly but will start soon. I requested a video on how to assemble and I was provided with that information. Still, unsure of which box opens first no big guy no big problem. I will figure it out myself. Open them up and get started putting them together that time I’ll let you know about the quality and what I how we feel and if I have any problems during assembly, thank you
