Highly Recommend Great product and aervice

Service was very good. Super product.

They were out of stock on the larger bench I would have bought (claimed an approximate 1 month wait) but the service on the one I did buy was great.

Despite photos of the part and the instruction manual I had just used to put it together, they made me dig out the receipt but then were fast to send me a replacement for the part damaged in shipping.

Replied quickly and was very helpful. Thank you!

Seville Does It Again! Great product for the price! A functional piece of art! Kudos to the design team and engineers!

Quality products, prompt and accurate shipping. Always a pleasure doing business with seville.

I am totally satisfied with the resolution provided by customer service. When I opened my shipment I discovered a defective part. A new replacement part was immediately shipped out. In these days of AI it's a pleasure to deal with a live agent. Your staff is to be highly praised.

Excellent service

Great costumer service. Quick, efficient, and helpful.

I contacted Seville by phone in San Diego for an item not listed on their website and my request was handled quickly and efficiently by Woody. I appreciate the free shipping and quick arrival of product. Also, quite happy with the feel and strength of the rack and the heavy duty wheels.

Shipping was fast and I love the table

So very helpful. I look forward to future encounters

A good and complete answer to my question.

Great quality and prompt shipping

I had contacted Seville because I needed a remote control replacement for a model #10117 tower fan. As it turned out that unit has been discontinued for some time and the remote is not available. Marie Garcia was very very helpful in researching this item.

Arrived quickly and was easy to install
