These pieces made it possible to take one of my tall shelving units and create two short ones by allowing me to insert the leveling feet or the wheels. The issue I had was 3 damaged components. I emailed customer support and had great service. They asked for the product and the exact pieces that were damaged and quickly sent out the parts!

Phone support gave me the instructions needed to email photos and description of the problem. They got back to me promptly and I received the replacement parts in about a week.

I own 11 Ultra HD Cabinets. Lets just say I love them. The customer service is top notch too.

I absolutely love Seville Classic products! I have 7 HD Ultra Storage Cabinets in my garage and three of them have the additional smaller cabinet on top. I have the big tool box, the work table, the swivel stool and two wicker laundry baskets!! Everything comes in flat pieces in a cardboard box and you have to put it all together. I am a 72 year old woman and I can put a cabinet together in a little over 2 hours! The directions are very clear; the parts are clearly labeled and everything goes together great! I am on my last assembly of SIX more cabinets for my best friend's garage! No product is perfect and occasionally, a grommet will break loose and you simple cannot tighten the screw OR get it out. This happened to me with two pieces that would not go together securely. I called Customer Service and they were GREAT! She asked for the part numbers of the pieces I needed, a copy of my receipt and the reason for my request. In less than 7 days, they shipped the needed parts directly to my house. The representative was very knowledgeable and made me feel valued as a customer! I have had my cabinets for about 4 years and LOVE them! So great for organized storage. And they are holding up great! YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH SEVILLE CLASSIC PRODUCTS!!!
