I ordered two Seville Classics Ultra HD storage cabinets (48" W x 24" D x 72" H) along with two matching Ultra HD stacking top cabinets (48" W x 24" D x 18. 5" H). I am extremely pleased with the high quality of these cabinets. I can’t remember the last time I assembled a product where every single screw hole aligned perfectly. Seville absolutely knocked it out of the park with their engineering and build quality. The only hiccup was with FedEx shipping. While three of the cabinets arrived within a week, FedEx routed the second top cabinet through four different states, adding four to five days to its delivery. Given the extra handling, it arrived with dents on the top, bottom, back, and side panels, requiring replacement parts for those pieces. Seeing how exceptionally well Seville packages their products, this was purely a result of rough handling in transit. What impressed me most was how Seville handle the situation. I called their customer service team to report the damaged parts, and they had replacements shipped out within a week—no hassles at all. Overall, I am thrilled with the cabinets and thoroughly impressed by their customer support. I will order from Seville Classics again and highly recommend them! Rob M

I’m very pleased with the quality of the Seville storage cabinets as they appear to be well made with quality materials and assembly was straightforward. Of all the items I ordered only one had an issue but the issue was promptly resolved with an email to customer service. I especially appreciate the metal pegboard as it makes it easy to find the tool I need.

I have several units that hold up great! Over time I had a little issue with the wheels and they were ready to help solve the problem. I think I will have these cabinets for a long time. Which is unfortunate for them because they hold up so well there’s no need to replace 😊.

I purchased 2 standup cabinets, 2 work benches and 2 roll around drawers over 20 years ago and they are still functioning as they did the day before they were purchased. Additionally I Recently Moved from NH to NC and rolled them on the truck fully Loaded And they made the journey without any damage or concerns I am adding to my current shop and would not consider any other brand

My least favorite thing is assembling stuff. The cost was so much lower than anything else while still having good reviews for overall quality, I figured I’d go through the hassle of putting it together. Honestly, I’ve never had better labeled pieces and clearer directions on anything I’ve assembled. That is so appreciated. It was a breeze to put together and I think the quality is definablely higher than the price tags. I will buy other products from Seville.

It’s Beautiful

Let me start by saying that if you are expecting a 500 lb solid metal cabinet and only pay $325+ and free shipping. . . . this is not your product. But for the $$$, Seville Classics is EXACTLY what I needed and exactly what I expected to receive. The difference is. . . and why I give it 5 stars is based on the customer experience. I accidentally installed the base of my unit backwards. And upon removing it, I stripped the screws to the point that the piece was clearly not going to be re-usable. I contacted Seville and with no questions, they quickly shipped me the replacement parts that I needed and never charged me a penny. In return I purchased 4 additional shelves and I'm a very happy customer that would likely buy again. It wasn't the product itself that I thought was absolutely the best. It was a Very good value for what I paid. But the customer service was incredible. For that reason, I will return again.
