I purchased two Seville Ultra HD storage units over eight years ago. and the wheels on both units started to crack. I was going to give them away, but they still looked so nice so I decided to contact Seville. Wow, was i surprised! The representative took the time to listen to my issue and after sending her pictures of my wheels she got back to me she very quickly to let me that Seville was sending me eight new wheels. Thanks to Seville and the very professional representative i now have two wonderful storage cabinets. Kudos to Seville!!!!
