It works well, looks great and the price is fair too but not all plastic materials are used and it would be good if the unused plastic material could be recycled instead of in a landfill. Otherwise 5 stars.

The install went without a hitch. Startup was great and both heat and cooling cycles will work well for Eastern Texas climate.

Everything went as it should have. No complaints.

Fast shipping and good packaging! Instructions were clear. Installation went smoothly and works great! I especially like the FP( frost protection) feature. It is installed in my shop and when not using it I leave it on FP and it keeps the shop at 46degrees. I have the Aura model in northern VT. Temps only in the 20s so far but it throws a lot of heat and also has a defrost feature for the outside unit.

Poor quality line set very cheaply made.

I thought the ordering process was easy and we received our unit is good time. The pallet that it was on was a mess and all the pieces were loose and the boxes were basically destroyed, but that wasn't Senville, but rather FedEx. Also, while wiring the unit, I accidently broke a small piece that pivots the louver door. I had a difficult time finding the part on the web site, but when I contacted them, they were very helpful. I'm currently waiting for the new part. . . . . free of charge!

Yes I did have a problem with the cover being damaged but a replacement was sent out quickly with no problem. Great customer service and a good company to do business with.

Shipping was fast items were strapped down to a pallet and shrink wrapped. Shipper was able to place it where I wanted it. Very smooth process.

Overall happy with the mini splits

Evaporator makes chatter noise when operating. Professionally installed. Reviews for this machine state that it is a common problem with the 24k btu cassette. Drives me nuts. Also pulls more amps than I anticipated. But it does move air very well overall.

shipping for the replacement parts has been quick and the service people are always nice. Yet still can't figure out why its not working

This is the third Senville unit I've installed, and so far I've been very happy with the units themselves and with the excellent technical and sales support.
