the only problem with senville is and I guess is a good one they run out and sometimes you have to wait awhile, but it is worth the wait, 5 stars

Great product.

Senville, itself, and the people are great. But, the new unit has a rattling sound, and we can't figure out where it is coming from. It's either the swing vent, or the grate inside. Did not have this from our old unit. Pretty annoying.

They were awesome on servicing it, but I'm concerned about the long-term longevity of the compressors in these units. Thanks!

It's an awesome unit I'm just praying that it's the energy-efficient like they say it is since I want to fix them come

I would give 5 stars but the price was a lot more for the 2nd unit. I would like to but one more unit but only at the same price that I purchased the 1st one that I bought.

My experience with Senville was fine although my mini split doesn't work anymore so that's not great.

My new exterior unit needed new outdoor sensors. The replacement sensors arrived but with no instructions. After several calls and downloads, and the help of my A/C man, we were finally able to get them installed and so far the unit now works after an initial test.
