The product and the customer service is excellent and I highly recommend this brand. They have a great product and it does a great job of providing the cooling of the somer heat. I wish had bought one sooner.

I got this for my 50 year old wood shop and I love it. It cools the whole shop down (600 sf) without a struggle. The heat index was 109 today and it was cooler than the house.

Product arrived quickly. Installer liked the machine and had zero issues connecting it the correct way. Instructions were well written and user friendly. Am excited to see the improvement in my living space. The dry mode is my favorite and I keep the setting between 72-74 and feel comfortable. Curious what it will do as far as heat in the winter months of New England weather.
