I would give 5 stars but the price was a lot more for the 2nd unit. I would like to but one more unit but only at the same price that I purchased the 1st one that I bought.

My experience with Senville was fine although my mini split doesn't work anymore so that's not great.

My new exterior unit needed new outdoor sensors. The replacement sensors arrived but with no instructions. After several calls and downloads, and the help of my A/C man, we were finally able to get them installed and so far the unit now works after an initial test.

Customer service either doesn’t answer or bounces you around from department to department. Once you make the purchase they refuse to deal with you. Sent 8 emails and made who knows how many calls. Zero emails back and no straight answers on the phone if any answer at all. Would not recommend dealing with this company.

Great stand but should include four 1 1/2" 9/16" bolts for securing the heat pump to the stand. I mount these stands in a hollow concrete base to allow for a place for the water to drain when the unit is operated in heat pump mode during humid weather. In Oregon the unit produces several gallons of water on some winter days.
