Typical installation but you must be a professional or have a professional install it. My experience has been with Mitsubishi units but the quality of Senville seems very well made. So far it’s working flawlessly so I’m very pleased with the purchase. Customer service has been fantastic, answering questions before install.

Easy to install looks great. 4 inches off the ground makes the unit quieter, nice and level. Great idea love it. I will buy these in the future.

The packaging on this unit was horrible. All I received was the wall bracket and 2 L brackets no other hardware was included. The bracket seemed OK but the packaging was a mess. There was a split open box that the bracket came in inside of a larger box. I was missing a nut on one of the L brackets. I buy 10-20 mini splits a year from senville, everything is usually phenomenal, this was very out of character. I usually make my own brackets or cages to put their units in, but this customer needed a bracket system like this so I thought I would give it a try. I will probably just stick to buying the mini splits.

Install was fairly straightforward however the directions are not very detailed, so I’d watch some videos online before attempting install. Ive never done a project like this before. I’ve only had it installed a couple days but it’s working quite well. Make sure you do good flares and use nylog for all your refrigerant connections. My flares weren’t perfect by any means but leak test showed it didn’t seem to be a problem. Also the wisdom online of pulling to 250 or 500 microns isn’t completely necessary. I could be wrong on this but only time will tell. Personally my system would only get down to 700microns , and would climb and eventually taper off around 3000. I left it hooked up overnight and it never got any higher than that. Other things like moisture off gassing or the nylog off gassing can cause rise in pressure. If you have a leak it will just continually rise, not taper off. Other than that I paired my condenser with the ground stand also sold by Senville. BE AWARE THAT YOU NEED TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN HARDWARE TO ATTACH THE CONDENSER TO THE STAND. I was not aware of this until I went to install and had to make a run to hardware store. Before I installed this one I order the 18K BTU elite. Turned out to be bigger than I had measured for, customer service was extremely responsive and adaptive via email. Organized return and exchange and was as painless as possible. (Unit comes on a pallet). Hope this helps. Happy with my purchase.

The product is average which is what I expected for the price. The customer service is lacking. As a contractor looking for a budget friendly brand i can't use this one because of how dismissive and unresponsive they have been.

The one redeeming factor is that after I wrote a scathing review on Trust Pilot, I was finally able to get the attention of someone who was actually capable of reading comprehension and eventually got a full refund. But seriously, avoid Senville unless you really love wasting time and money. It's just not worth it.

Completely surprised at how well the mini split works considering the price and how fast it arrived with all the necessary hookups. I have two Mitsubishi mini split systems, but the Senville remote seems to have a couple of additional functions, making it so much easier to control and understand. Great job designing the system, I'm loving my Senville mini split.
