Everything worked great as usual you can’t beat Senville for the price. I have installed many of these units and I have yet to have any problems.

Missing gas that required nearly $1000 once installed. Order was not all delivered the first time. 1/10

This is a horrible product. Cant get any kind of customer service and no help in anyway for taking care of there product. Tech support hung up 3 times on us trying to fix a system. Finally suggested too customer to buy a different brand system to give them heat when your sued to working with mitsubishi who awnsers the phone and helps till the job is done, dont try to save a little money and do this brand.
