Senville is a stand up company. I've been. Very happy with all 5 units I have purchased and installed from them. Tech support was phenomenal the one time I had an issue to figure out at start up. I definitely recommend them for a solid affordable heat pump

Senville 2-zone mini split is installed and works perfectly. They had some communication issues between their customer service and shipping departments, which eventually were resolved to my complete satisfaction.
