Have not installed these yet but I have on other units and would not install a unit without them

Two of the three units purchased are working perfectly. Still waiting on HVAC tech to install parts. The support team quickly responded to or for replacement. Will update once you know it is verified complete. But overall very pleased with product.

The incorrect replacement part wasn’t sent and the technician was unable to repair the unit. Please send in the correct part along with instructions.

So far so good had other brands in past and had nothing but problems so far Senville has been great and hasn’t given me any problems and step up to the hype

the only problem with senville is and I guess is a good one they run out and sometimes you have to wait awhile, but it is worth the wait, 5 stars
