As an HVAC contractor with over 30 years of experience installing mini-split systems from many different manufacturers, I can honestly say that I love Senville mini-splits! The installation process is straightforward, the equipment is installer-friendly, and everything comes together nicely. After working with so many different brands over the years, I really appreciate how easy Senville systems are to install. Another thing that really stands out is their technical support. Whenever I call with a question, someone answers the phone, and I'm able to communicate with them clearly and understand their answers. I installed one of these units which was a 220 unit in my living area which is one and a half size of my bedroom and it works very efficiently except when it goes into defrost mode which is normal for this area that I live in northern Indiana

Units have been installed by a HVAC Contractor and have been running less than 24 hrs. The entire unit appears to be working well, but I will need more time to access it completely.

I love this unit. It heats and cools fast like 10 degrees in less than 15 min, The outdoor unit is also extremely quite.
