Good brand good machine, i install it for my customer more than 6 year, no complaints

Shipping took a little longer than expected from (FedEx). After a week or so I finally received all the equipment in good shape. A friend helped me do the install in less than a day. It worked perfectly when we fired it up.

Packaging was terrible there were no packing material at all. It was shipped up box just big enough for it to fit in. I felt that it may be damaged and if you could have seen what I saw you was also agree. Technician did not want to install it but we did it worked and I was satisfied with that but what if it fails and I have to buy another one.

The cassette units no longer come equipped with WiFi. It’s in the thermostats. For every cassette you must have thermostat. We found out by surprise and a lot of time wasted 🤕

Easy to install, very quiet, and keeps place cool. The unit does come with extra wire harnesses and that was not spelled out but tech support answered all my questions.

I installed this unit to heat and cool a cabin. Was pretty easy to install. Works great and keeps power bills low.
