Two of the three units purchased are working perfectly. Still waiting on HVAC tech to install parts. The support team quickly responded to or for replacement. Will update once you know it is verified complete. But overall very pleased with product.

The guy that installed the system can’t get it to work something is wrong with the transformer and he had another company come out and they couldn’t figure it out either and the tech support you have doesn’t give him any help. So I haven’t had heat all winter and I’m not happy.

This experience has been terrible. My customer has been without heat for five weeks now and you have sent the wrong part three different times. Even after I sent you a picture of the correct part. And every time you go to send a different one it takes 5 to 6 days before I even get the part so the delay has been incredibly inconvenient.
