AC is hard to troubleshoot. Support is not helping at all. We bought 3 Units and 2 of the same units are not working. We bought all recommended components from Senvile and still not working in this hot weather

Unit immediately said error code for low refrigerant. No leaks, installed properly, have to have another service call to refill refrigerant

Good quality product at a reasonable price. Easy to install.

Such a nice unit! Quiet running compressor and keeps shop a consistent 74 degrees and 46 humidity level. Our old antique cars love it but wife “well I guess I won’t see much of you anymore. ” Might buy another unit fr part of it home. Thanks Senville. We are totally happy.

Arrived on time. I wish it had proper diameter fittings on the high pressure side of the condenser. It would have been otherwise easy installation. Check the copper fittings first before completely unboxing the system and installations.

If there is anything wrong with your unit, good luck. The first outdoor unit is faulty and wouldn't start. It took a mounth back and forth with the senville tech support and disassembling the compressor 4/5 times to prove to them that it was a bad unit. I had to pay another $150 to get a replacement unit. The replacement unit works fine but I am not happy that I had to pay to get a replacement of a faulty unit.

Now that the unit works correctly, it’s great however, my Electrician had to spend four extra hours because the circuit board was bad. First they sent the first one he put it in and it wasn’t that one. It was the other one so then we had to wait for that to come so it cost an extra four hours for him to do all that extra work. I really wish you had some kind of compensation that we could give him. Thank you.

Whole this is junk. Nothing but issues from day one. . took whole thing out to scrap. . . Complete waste of thousands of dollars

Like it so far no complaints

I love my senile split system with the remote control. The remote control makes is easy to control the heating and cooling. I purchased several for different locations and recommend to everyone who is looking for a reliable strong split system A/C. Customer service is excellent

Works well but should be included

Senville is a stand up company. I've been. Very happy with all 5 units I have purchased and installed from them. Tech support was phenomenal the one time I had an issue to figure out at start up. I definitely recommend them for a solid affordable heat pump

Really bad experience with delivery.

Shipping was fast. We love it so much! It’s perfect for our ductless home. Saving money while staying nice and frosty in the summer. Absolutely recommend this product!
