So far I’ve been impressed with the price, shipping, apparent quality, however I am still in the process of installing the units. I bought 6 units and have been installing them myself. I will have a qualified contractor install a electrical sub panel to allow for individual breakers. My biggest frustration so far is with the instructions! Terrible and lacking the most basic info. The connections for the wiring can be challenging. Sometimes depending on the unit head size the template does not allow for the pipe hole cover to be completely concealed. A 2. 5” diameter hole may be sufficient for a 9k unit but go for a 3” or even 3. 5” hole so as not to try and force the lines through. There should be line cover options for unusual bends. Not all runs can be direct and linear. I could continue with some minor gripes like one unit missing the screws for the electrical line tension holder. Other than that I’m very excited to finish the install and try them out. Also wish they were Apple compatible. I’ll follow up after they are up and running. I have high hopes!!

Excellent price and fast shipping on this thermostat. It is working very well with my Senville SENDC-48HF Ducted Central Heat Pump system. The WIFI capability was worth the cost of the purchase.

I have installed 5 other units in tiny houses with no issues, the line set flares are trash, the remote is massive, the app doesn’t work, the interior unit froze over without giving us an error code, I replaced my Della DIY kit and I regret it, I should have just bought another Della kit after mine of 5+ years broke. I will NEVER purchase anything from Senville ever again. I manage 25 tiny houses and will ensure they never see a garbage mini split made by Senville. Senville shipped me the unit even though there are not any Certified HVAC techs that will work on it in my area and the company was aware of that.

Only problem is the cover for outside unit

Shipping was good except extra payment from carrier. They sent a bill even though I thought shipping was included in price. Product was packaged well. Speed for shipping is about as expected, not too long.
