Service was fabulous!

Not the best and most proactive communication around delays but I want to give the benefit of the doubt since it’s a small company and things are made to order, which is part of why I chose it in the first place.

This is the third piece of furniture i have purchased. My needs changed so I contacted the company right away when it was delivered for a return. They tried to do resale but then offered another program where it could be returned and resold. I ordered this product in May of 2024 and contacted the company as soon as it was delivered. They tried to resale as i previously stated. The company for refund and resale picked up the furniture on 7/23 but as of today 8/15 I still have not received a refund. This has tied up almost 1300 for months. I have continued to contact the company. From the last communication, it should take 10 days from 8/9 to receive a refund. I have been a loyal customer and have told many people about your furniture. I was originally so pleased with everything from the company that I ordered the third piece. Just make sure you don't need to return it.

When my couch arrived without the bolts and rachet I emailed Sabi right away. I did get a prompt response on Monday as I received my couch over the weekend. W I was able to go to the hardware store and find what I need, but wish that was mentioned online as support didn't respond on the weekend. Support did get back to me quickly and send what I needed so I had it on hand for later. The experience was great so we are ordering another piece.

The research paid off! I truly enjoyed working with sabai. Packages came as described. Delivery was timely. The chair was easy to assemble. Customer service was prompt as needed. Now I look forward to coming home and sitting in my accent chair

Shipping took a while, because, I assume, they were custom building my couch.

Shipping was pretty fast and the delivery guy was kind enough to haul in the biggest box for me!

Item was ready and delivered as noted when I purchased. Arrives with minimal packaging which is not only wasteful but a nuisance to get rid of, so love that. From that the company has my future business.
