The customer service is stellar!

Customer service was fast and accommodating and I had no issues with shipping / delivery / setup.

Everything went great! Came exactly when they said it would. I got impatient at first when they said it would take a few weeks, but when I called for an update, they were prompt and told me exactly when to expect it.

Had annoying shipping issues. Love the color, and the firmness of the cushions and seats. However, the seating is way too shallow, to the point of being uncomfortable.

Great service. Love being able to replace all aspects of our couches. Made first purchase in 2021 and now am able to do a few cushion upgrades, and possible footing upgrades to modernize the design. Will continue purchasing from Sabai

Box arrived a bit damaged, but no damage to essential storage bench.

Great communication with company

I was looking to buy one of Sabai's "used" sofas, and it worked out perfectly that someone had bought a sofa that wasn't the color they wanted for their space. It was exactly what I wanted! Customer service was very helpful in arranging my order and checking on delivery. Truly excellent service!

I’ve always dreamt that my first “big adult” couch would be a sectional, in a velvety earthy green color, and as comfy as a cloud, and this loveseat sectional from Sabai is IT! I spent hourssss researching and felt overwhelmed by the options, but Sabai stood out to me bc I really wanted furniture that is as kind to the earth and sustainable as possible, and one I can repair / build on in the future. I’m glad I took the plunge (during a holiday sale), and I’m also glad to support a BIPOC / woman owned business! The customer team is also super responsive and helpful over email. I received ~6/7 (plastic free!!) boxes about 2 months after I made the buy, and my friend and I lugged it up to my 3rd floor apartment. Installation was a lil hard, but mainly bc of the heavy back piece that required two people to slot into place (and I was a sleepy gal with adhd)! Everything past that was a breeze. My dog helped by exploring the giant boxes, and sniffing and testing the cushions :) I’ve had it for about 3 months now, and I’m so in love with it. It truly makes my first adult home feel like mine — a cozy haven where I can curl up with my pup, read, watch TV, occasionally doomscroll, nap, and find moments of rest and restoration in a rather stressful world atm. The cushions are generous and plush, the velvet easy to wipe, de-dust and vacuum (has withstood my pup digging into it!), and the amber and mustard pillows add such a cute colorful pop!! I’m hoping in the future that there may be other options for fabric covers, including natural materials like cotton, since I know the velvet is still polyester/plastic (but recycled and so very soft, so 10/10!) In case you can’t tell, I’m thoroughly obsessed w my new loveseat and Sabai has definitely made a place in my home! If you’re researching, I highly recommend and wishing you many cozy moments!

The ship time was longer than expected. This was due to the time of year, Christmas & the closing of the factory for the holidays. My suggestion would be to post this on your website & adjust the shipping dates accordingly.

Customer service was absolutely excellent. The process was so easy and I really appreciate the delivery and sustainable packaging!

We needed a sofa in our basement but with quite a few conditions that I wanted met. My checklist: Modular so it could fit downstairs Chaise with flipping sides optional Decent quality but not too expensive (did NOT want amazon but knew 5k for a basement sofa was too much, west elm and joybird etc were too expensive for mediocre reviews, etc) Small enough to fit the space Dark Green velvet Bench cushion I knew this was a LOT to ask for and I clicked on a lot of ads, read a lot of opinions, and couldn’t believe it when I stumbled on Sabai and it checked every single box. After a lot of thinking on it (and looking for additional options just to make sure), we pulled the trigger on the essential chaise with an ottoman. It came fairly quickly in manageable boxes (some were heavy, but I got them in myself, as a fit 5’6” woman). Setup was great, esp the ratchet Allen wrench. The videos made it really clear. The color is beautiful, the cushions are firm but supportive, and I’m really really pleased with the quality for the price point. We’ve had it for several weeks at this point and have been able to test it out. The cushions have kept their shape and the fabric is beautiful, and I’m really really pleased with this purchase. Fast and responsive customer service that answered all of my questions

We really love our new beautiful green sofa! It is super soft, but firm to sit on. Our cat doesn't even scratch it--something about the velvety texture. We really appreciate the environmental responsibility of Sabai, especially the way the sofa arrived, on time, in completely eco-friendly packaging (no plastic at all!). It was easy to assemble and feels like it will last a long time.
