I LOVE this couch! Assembly instructions were clear, and I was able to fully assemble it by myself. When the boxes first arrived, I realized I was missing a piece, but customer support was amazing—I reached out and they immediately sent the missing component via rush shipping, and even followed up to make sure it had arrived. The color is beautiful, and the recycled velvet is fairly stain- and dust-resistant.

Love it! It makes the perfect reading chair. It is so soft and comfortable and looks amazing. I have gotten many compliments about it. My only issue is the wood legs were a bit darker in color than I expected and I wish I had gone for the lighter wood.

It would I be good to know that packages may ship via 2 different carriers. I received all but the larger one in the morning and thought the shipment was incomplete. Then the large package arrived via a moving truck

Everything was fine.

It took awhile to receive, integrity takes time. Easy and fun to assemble. Had a problem w cushions sliding forward. Took one email and 5 minutes to correct. Wish everything in my life was this satisfactory.

I’m quite conflicted. It’s a beautiful table, it’s just very hard to take care of. We have children and we love to host and this table has to be taken care of and watched with care because it gets water marks within seconds and scratches very easily. Sometimes, that is the price of beauty because it really is a beautiful piece of furniture. The legs are quite difficult to align. After many tries they are still a bit wobbly and go lopsided very often.

Not the best and most proactive communication around delays but I want to give the benefit of the doubt since it’s a small company and things are made to order, which is part of why I chose it in the first place.

This is the third piece of furniture i have purchased. My needs changed so I contacted the company right away when it was delivered for a return. They tried to do resale but then offered another program where it could be returned and resold. I ordered this product in May of 2024 and contacted the company as soon as it was delivered. They tried to resale as i previously stated. The company for refund and resale picked up the furniture on 7/23 but as of today 8/15 I still have not received a refund. This has tied up almost 1300 for months. I have continued to contact the company. From the last communication, it should take 10 days from 8/9 to receive a refund. I have been a loyal customer and have told many people about your furniture. I was originally so pleased with everything from the company that I ordered the third piece. Just make sure you don't need to return it.

When my couch arrived without the bolts and rachet I emailed Sabi right away. I did get a prompt response on Monday as I received my couch over the weekend. W I was able to go to the hardware store and find what I need, but wish that was mentioned online as support didn't respond on the weekend. Support did get back to me quickly and send what I needed so I had it on hand for later. The experience was great so we are ordering another piece.
