The salesperson who helped us was very patient - let us take our time trying out, and re-trying out, different mattresses. He answered all our questions, gave us pros and cons for the different types of mattresses, and generally was really helpful. Delivery was great - they put it together quickly and in the exact right place.

Everything went smoothly and communication was always on point and prompt.

Steve at the Seattle store was knowledgeable, informative and efficient. The bed was shipped sooner than expected which was a plus. The delivery people were super fast, efficient and friendly. My only suggestion for the in store experience would to recycle the one time use bed and pillow covers that the customers use when laying on the beds for a test run. And recycle all those plastic bottles of water that are available to customer when they’re in the store!

I went to the showroom to test mattresses, their staff is friendly and yet not pushy, which is really grateful. I ordered online, delivery communication was a breeze, and my items arrived and were set up within fifteen minutes. A very good experience. As I am settling into my new mattress it really is reassuring to know that if I decide I do not like it I have options. That is one of the reasons why I chose Saatva after having an unpleasant mattress purchase in the past.
