Communication about the delivery was weak. All we were told was that there was a delay, then nothing. Got lots of new advertising to buy more stuff; but wish there had been better communication. Actually delivery when it happened couldn’t have been better.

Shipping was slower than anticipated, but it was the holiday season so the delay wasn’t too upsetting.

Excellent mattress; disappointing delivery experience; My initial impressions of the mattress are positive; however, I must comment on the poor execution of the delivery process. When confirming the delivery date, I provided explicit instructions on how to contact me. Despite this, the delivery team was unprepared, failed to communicate, and ultimately abandoned the delivery on the scheduled day. Resolving the issue required numerous follow-up calls and emails, which was both time-consuming and frustrating.
