I purchased my mattress during the Labor Day Sales event. It was a great value. While I've only had the mattress a couple of weeks which limits my experience I have had very good nights of sleep since receiving it. The delivery was effortless and easy. The mattress is beautiful and well constructed. The material which is organic is quality fabric and the seaming appears perfect. As for performance, I'm less restless during the night and have gotten up no more than once during the night. ('m a 78 year old man so I think you can interpret what I'm getting at. ) My mattress is an 8 on the firmness scale. I may have been able to go to a 9, but so far the 8 mattress is very satisfying in providing a great night's sleep. I wake up feeling restored and fresh ready to start the day. .

He was a little taken aback at how fast I made my decision, but he was quick to believe me, explain all the ins and outs of the delivery and/or return process AND comp my daughter parking fee for the 5 minutes she had to spend in the garage. I'm sorry I can't buy anything else from him!

Everything was smooth

I love my new Saatva Mattress! I started with a Tempur-Pedic, but it slept too hot and felt like sleeping in peanut butter. Then I tried a Sleep Number. It was cooler, but as a stomach sleeper, I found it left me with back pain. After visiting the Saatva showroom and lying on a mattress for about 10 minutes, I knew I’d found my next mattress. I chose the Firm model and had it delivered. The first night, it felt a little too firm, but the included card recommended giving it a few days to break in. Boy, were they right! For the first time, I actually look forward to going to bed. Now I have a new problem: getting out of bed in the morning!

The delivery people were awesome.

They were supposed to call 40 minutes prior to delivery but did not. It was okey because I was ready, but they came early and I could have not been home.
