I purchased a bed and mattress from Saatva. After a few weeks I felt that the mattress wasn’t for me. I was hesitant to start a return due to previous experiences with other manufacturers. I sent one email. Less than an hour later I received a call and a follow up email instructing me on the return process. Super simple process. I ended going with a much more expensive model partially because I liked supporting good companies. They swapped the mattresses out for a minimal expense ($99) Love the new one. Will definitely return when the need arises.

My husband and I purchased a Queen Luxury Firm Saatva Classic mattress on 2/24/ 2026. Due to some remodeling of our home, we requested that the mattress be delivered after 3/16/2026. The transportation company and Saatva were timely and friendly with communication of production and delivery of product on 3/17/2026. This mattress is the best ever mattress that my husband and I have purchased! I was skeptical at first ordering a mattress via online, without seeing a finished product and communication process, but after investigating the details of several of Saatva's mattresses on their online site and reading all reviews, I decided to make the plunge. My husband calls me the "princess and the pea" when it comes to pillows and mattresses. The first night, my husband loved the mattress; I woke up with a sore spine. However, from the second night until today's date, I have had the best nights' sleep! My sciatica problems have been eliminated so far. I hope this mattress continues to be the best and I have a feeling it will be. Thank Saatva for making wonderful mattresses!
