Except that the delivery service wouldn’t bring the mattress in upright as requested for the right fit.

The whole process for getting my new bed was seamless. I chose my mattress based on the reviews I read since there is not a store close to me. The delivery and setup was handled by a contractor in Lubbock and they brought it to me in Amarillo (130 miles away). They tookaway my old mattress and box springs, assembled the adjustable base, tested it to make sure it worked properly, and then brought in the mattress. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Ordering was easy, the team kept me informed through the entire process. Delivery was excellent. I live in a remote area and they had no problem at all finding my house. One of the guys carried the mattress up my long steep driveway on his back. That was a wow moment!

Overall I am happy with the purchase. It came to my door about 10 days after being ordered. Hopefully it lasts a long time because it was not cheap. I used to wake up with a sore back and this was endorsed by my chiropractor. So it may be on the pricey side but no more sore back…so I would say that it is definitely worth it.

Purchasing on line was very easy. They communicated when delivery was going to happen and I was all prepared. Very easy process!

We love our new mattress. The mattress we orginally received did not feel like the firm HD mattress we ordered from the store; however after 4 months we realized it was not. Went into store to confirm the firmness of the HD and realizing it was not the mattress we received, it took less than 5 minutes and no questions. Received the new mattress 2 weeks later! It is excellent and we love it!

The ability to try out the mattress at the store helped convince me to purchase. The store help was knowledgeable and friendly.

The staff from the store in SF were a bit slow to place an order for us over the phone, but overall the experience was great.

Great Job

Waited almost 30 days from purchase for delivery. Delivery was insanely quick by the drivers once they arrived. They removed my old California King and brought in my new California king easily in under 10 minutes and then was gone! Very nice people. Quick and easygoing.
