When we upgraded from queen to king bed 5 years ago, we moved our Saatva Classic to our guest room and ordered an Avocado brand king size mattress. Four months later I started physical therapy for hip and low back pain. I have been in and out of PT since then, trying to get the pain to resolve and thinking that due to my age (68) I might just have to live with it. Then two things happened: 1) we traveled to Europe and slept on very firm beds for two weeks and I noticed that the pain went almost completely away 2) the most recent physical therapist I worked with told me that if I feel worse in the morning than when I go to bed there’s likely a problem with my mattress. I tried sleeping on the Saatva in our guest room and within 2 weeks felt much better. So we donated our expensive Avocado mattress to a local charity and ordered the Saatva Classic Firm. It took my body 3 nights to adjust, but by the fourth day I was waking up pain free. It has now been three weeks and I am feeling better than I have in nearly five years. I will never purchase another brand of mattress again! Saatva for the win!!

I would have felt better if when it was brought to my house, it came protected in a box not just plastic. Maybe it did, and I wasn’t aware of the movers taking it out of it’s individual box. Otherewise, 5/5 stars

We visited the showroom a number of times, and if I could give a 4. 5, I would. The shipping and delivery experience rates a 5, and the more experienced salespersons read a 5 also. However, on one of our visits to the showroom, it was two newer associates, and both of them were scrolling on their phones, and it took us some time to interact with us. .

Mattress is great! Delivery was not so good. The wrong product was delivered the first time. The second correct one finally arrived without incident 12/26. Great product - Saatva just needs to have the delivery system tweaked.

Too many mornings, I woke up with more joint pain. . . to then have to walk and adjust my way back to functional. Not only has that gone away, but I just spent 2 days with a head cold in bed and the sciatica didn't worse during that either. While the entire processes of ordering/delivery is automated (I'd had hoped for a personal touch being a decent purchase), support was onshore and very helpful, letting me know it's manufactured for me and not in a warehouse waiting to be delivered.

The white glove delivery was friendly and courteous. it felt just wonderful sleeping on this mattress. Keep up the great work

Miranda delivery delivered my mattress in Arizona. They did marvelous they delivered and set up my mattress were very courteous on time and I would highly recommend them.

It's OK. A little crinkly for us but it definitely works.
