Totally happy with the time it took to receive my mattress and the Two Fellas at work my new mattress and Foundation to my apartment were very helpful and courteous and I couldn't be happier with the service

I’ll be honest I was very apprehensive ordering a mattress from the Internet. A mattress is such a personal thing and everyone has their own personal taste. In what it should feel like for me, I like a super plush yet supportive mattress, ordering something like this online doesn’t give you the ability to go to a store and lay on it to try it out so I was very nervous. My aunt used to work at a mattress manufacturer and my whole family used to get top-of-the-line mattresses from them at next to nothing pricing so I’ve been spoiled with premium mattresses. Let me tell you what the Saatva is like sleeping on a cloud. I have no regrets whatsoever. The comfortability is superb. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the delivery was on point. The whole experience was A+. Also kudos to your mattress cover by far. The nicest one I’ve ever had. The quality is unmistakable.

Delivery was faster than expected. They called when they were close to my house and then again when they arrived. Very polite and efficient delivery drivers. Took my old mattress, set up the new one, and removed all the wrapping. It actually took a few nights for me to get used to having my spine straight and supported! Now I look forward to going to sleep and not tossing and turning.
