Saatva was great, customer service was exceptional. Only issues we encountered had to do with the delivery company and the lack of communication. Reached out to Saatva twice and was happy with the response. The 2 gentleman who delivered and assembled the bed we exceptional as well. My only complaint was that I was never contacted by the delivery partner (after they had the bed for 9 days) for a delivery time frame. Finally got a text message as they were on the way.

The entire purchasing process was seamless, from ordering, notifications of delivery, the actual delivery itself. The young men who delivered, took away the old mattress and set up the new mattress were incredible, very professional and had it done in minutes. I was very impressed. This is by far the best mattress I’ve ever owned. Some things are worth the price and this is one of them.

My previous mattress was one I had delivered after the one prior to that was sent back! I did not send my last mattress back thinking I may just need to acclimate to the new mattress… however I never did. I love my Saatva mattress and am so glad I took the time to do a little research and discover the one I purchased (luxury firm). No regrets!

The mattress was weeks later than expected. I still receive spam marketing emails and texts, I wish the company was able to turn that off once purchase is made.

From the first call to delivery, I was very impressed with the professionalism. The end product is so comfortable. I wanted a firm edge, motion control, a mattress that worked for both a side sleeper and back sleeper and medium firmness. This mattress checks all of these boxes. This brand was recommended by both Claude and ChatGPT. I never had to leave the house.

Absolutely the best mattress I’ve ever owned

I absolutely love my Saatva classic mattress. It is so comfortable and luxe and worth the money! I tested some at the NYC location beforehand and Nadesge was so kind and helpful, walking me through multiple options and considerations. Delivery was also a breeze — they schedule a window with you and they can remove your old mattress which is a huge help in a a major city. Go for it, order!!
