Excellent service, delivery, ordering.

Very good customer service.

Delivery people were great. Took great care, very efficient.

I was dubious about shopping online for a mattress, but after reading reviews from trusted sources and remembering my last experience with shopping and buying a mattress in person, I ordered this mattress. It was the easiest shopping experience ever. We are very pleased with our mattress.

Easy to purchase and great communication.

My mattress was delivered in perfect condition.

We love our comfortable Saatva classic mattress and customer service is over the top.

A great mattress. Glad I ordered it!

I did much due diligence for several days and compared many mattresses prior to deciding which one was perfect for my husband and me. Saatva was the Number 1 on my list for several reasons. It hit the side sleeper, firm but not too firm, great price and delivery and had the best statistics of the mattress as a whole. I felt comfortable not trying it out prior to purchase because of the warranty and return time. It has been everything that was promised. We love it and have been sleeping so comfortably and better since we have our new Saatva mattress.

I wouldn’t buy a mattress without trying it out first, so I’m glad you’ve opened retail locations. And your sales staff were the best- knowledgeable, informative & & no pressure.

Seamless process, kept up to date from order to delivery.

Comfortable mattress without much edge support.

Excellent
