Very professional delivery

After studying the website and selecting the mattress I wanted to try (Saatva RX), I drove an hour from my home to the Winter Park FL Viewing Room and it was worth it. Kevin devoted himself to helping me choose a mattress. He explained the differences in the mattress to me. I spent about 15 minutes laying on the RX before trying the others and I could sense the differences quickly. Kevin explained why they felt different and answered all my questions. I was in and out within one hour and what I thought would be a stressful process wasn't. Kevin joked about how people say that purchasing a mattress is one of the hardest things to do and I said; That is why my mattress is almost 20 years old! The delivery company was very kind when they called to arrange delivery. They worked with me to choose a date and time. It arrived in excellent condition. I love that the mattress and box spring was made just for me and wasn't lying around in a warehouse waiting for someone to purchase it.
