Our first mattress had been damaged in shipping. The delivery team took picture of the damage . They assured me that Saatva would make it good. I called Saatva and explained the issue. They were very nice and gave me no problems about sending out a new mattress. They told me we could use the damaged mattress until the replacement arrived. Excellent service!
