As in the past, I received excellent free delivery and set up. The shipper communicated the exact date and time for delivery. I could actually "live" track their arrival.

The delivery system was excellent. I received a call from the trucking company about 30 minutes prior to the delivery. They removed my old mattress and box spring, and the entire process took less than 15 minutes.
