Everything was perfect

Our in store consultant, Sydney, was fantastic! No pressure but provided all the knowledge and information needed to make an informed decision. Also appreciate having all mattress types in store to try each one to find the right fit. Process from store to shipping & delivery was seamless.

Delivery, set up and removal of old mattress was very convenient.

Excellent

What I expected.

Great service. Great warranty

Verry satisfied with customer service/sales person.

Wonderful! So glad I bought the new mattress! Quality & best sleep ever! Was a bit disappointed with the 2 guys that delivered & set up mattress - not as professional as anticipated for this high end mattress.

Satisfied with the delivery and setup

Super comfortable mattress - and that says a lot! I’ve been changing from a Tempur Paedic and have not lost the comfort and support I was used to. I switched because I found the memory foam too heavy to even lift a corner to change the sheets - this has been a fabulous upgrade and much more manageable!

Excellent mattress and base gives me so many sleeping options

We purchased the Saatva king mattress several months ago. While comfort and support of the bed was top notch, my flopping continually woke my wife up in the middle of the night. Saavta offers a 365 day trial, and after several months of using the king matterss and trying to make it work, I contacted them about switching to a split king. The customer service experience was fast, personal, and met our needs. They honored their commitment and within two weeks our split king mattress arrived. The quality is superb, and now I am free to flop around at night while my wife sleeps peacefully beside me!

Shipping was GREAT!!!

Excellent all-around service!

Ordering and delivery was a piece of cake!

Easy to deal with, LOTS of communications. Hopefully good to deal with if we need a warranty!

Store personnel were excellent. I had to correct one thing on the invoice: they had asked for queen size and we were exchanging for king size. The change was handled effortlessly.

Thank you. Excellent service too

Excellent

The customer service person I dealt with on the phone was very professional, pleasant and helpful. I was kept informed on when mattress was completed as well as every step of the delivery process. Delivery was great, quick and efficient for set up and removal.
